Eureka Potato Salad

"This is a potato salad that has a mashed potato kind of texture. I became experimenting for the 4th of July and my circle of relatives and pals cherished it."

8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 cup bitter cream
half cup creamy salad dressing, e.G. Miracle Whip ™
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tough-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
salt and pepper to flavor

Place the potatoes into a massive pot, and fill with sufficient water to cover. Bring to a boil, and prepare dinner for about 10 mins, or until effortlessly pierced with a fork. Drain, and set aside to cool.
