Pasta Salad with Homemade Dressing

1 (8 ounce) package raw tri-colour rotini pasta
6 oz. Pepperoni sausage, diced
6 oz provolone cheese, cubed
1 pink onion, thinly sliced
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
three/4 cup chopped inexperienced bell pepper
3/four cup chopped purple bell pepper
1 (6 ounce) can pitted black olives
1/four cup minced clean parsley
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup purple wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano
