Asparagus and Mushroom Puff Pastry Pie

  • 2 bunches clean asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch portions
  • 6 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 pound sliced sparkling mushrooms
  • 1 cup prepared hollandaise sauce
  • 1 (17.25 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed

Instructions :

  • Preheat the oven to 400 ranges F (200 levels C).
