Soy Milk Pancakes

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 half tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 egg, lightly overwhelmed
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • half of teaspoon vanilla extract
  • half teaspoon almond extract

Instructions :

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a small bowl, blend the vanilla soy milk, egg, oil, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Pour the soy milk combination into the bowl with the flour combination, and whisk collectively till clean.
  • Grease a skillet, and heat over medium low warmth. Pour about 1/four cup batter onto the heated skillet, and prepare dinner till bubbly. Flip with a spatula, and keep cooking approximately 1 minute, until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Notes :

  • Add 1/four to half cup of raw oats to the batter for a piece of greater texture. If batter receives too thick upon addition of oats, upload a chunk more oil to loosen the batter back to unique consistency.
