- 1 bunch Swiss chard, stems removed

- Heat the oil in a big pot over medium warmth. Stir within the onion and garlic, and saute five mins, till onion is smooth. Mix in quinoa, lentils, and mushrooms. Pour inside the broth. Cover, and prepare dinner 20 minutes.
- Remove the pot from warmth. Shred chard, and lightly mix into the pot. Cover, and allow to sit five minutes, or until chard is wilted.
