Pesto Pasta with Green Beans and Potatoes

half of pound dry penne pasta
4 purple potatoes, reduce into 1/4 inch slices
1/4 pound clean green beans, reduce into 2 inch pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced

half of cup plain yogurt

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
