- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup Burgundy wine
- three tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 (10.Five ounce) can condensed red meat consomme
- half of teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon floor black pepper
- 2 cups medium egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped sparkling parsley for garnish

- Melt the butter in a big skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic and mushrooms; cook dinner and stir until gently browned. Crumble inside the ground beef, and prepare dinner until no longer pink. Drain extra grease.
