2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
five roma (plum) tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 (8 ounce) bottle clam juice
1 cup dry white wine
three/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
four oz. Crumbled feta cheese
1 pound medium shrimp - peeled and deveined
1/4 cup chopped clean parsley

Instructions :
